Boomer is a sweet senior girl, born approximately April 1, 2011, with a heart as golden as her years. She spent her entire life with her loving owner, but heartbreakingly, her person had to move into a nursing home where Boomer couldn’t follow. After so many years together, she now finds herself looking for a new family to share her love and gentle spirit.

Boomer truly wears her feelings on her paws and is deeply in tune with the emotions of those around her. She is super sweet, gets along beautifully with other dogs, and is ready to share her calm, loving presence with a new family.

One of Boomer’s favorite things in life is her walks – twice a day, if possible! When you show her the step-in harness, she lights up with excitement and stands patiently while you get her ready to go explore the world by your side.

Boomer sleeps well, loves her quiet time in her many comfy beds, and equally adores curling up on a warm lap for snuggles and love.

She is current on vaccinations and microchipped, ready to find a forever home where she can continue to feel safe, cherished, and loved for all the rest of her days.
