Life changed suddenly for little Oreo. When his beloved owner passed away, this sweet Shih Tzu found himself without the person he trusted most. Confused, grieving, and unsure of his new reality, he reacted out of fear and nipped someone — a superficial bite, but enough that he had to go on a mandatory safe-hold quarantine.

Now that he’s out, Oreo is finally ready to start again… but he needs someone who understands that healing takes time.

Oreo is a dog with a tender heart who lost his entire world.
