Say hello to Colt, a 10-month-old black-tri Chihuahua with a playful spirit and a heart just waiting to open up 💜

This handsome young boy is neutered, current on vaccinations, and microchipped, and ready to find a forever home where he can truly blossom.

Colt may be a little unsure at first—but once he realizes you’re friendly, his whole personality comes to life! A treat or two can definitely help him make that decision 😉🐾

He’s a playful, energetic pup who loves to engage, explore, and enjoy life. Colt is still learning to walk on a leash, but he’s making great progress and just needs someone patient to keep guiding him.

And when playtime winds down? He’s more than happy to enjoy a good cuddle 💕

Colt came to us as an owner surrender from the Colusa County Shelter, and thankfully Chihuahua Rescue Truckee Meadows stepped in to give him the second chance he deserves.
