Meet Buddy, a charming black-tri coat male Chihuahua weighing around 12.5 pounds. Rescued from Washoe County Regional Animal Services on November 7, 2023, he's been neutered and is up-to-date on vaccinations. He’s been microchipped. Buddy is in the process of rehabilitation, diligently working to rebuild trust and bring a sprinkle of joy to his future forever home; we believe with patience and space he’s ready to find a home.
